1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply when you use bradleyporras.com or purchase coaching from BAP Consultants LLC. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Purchases are completed through our checkout on Trainerize. By completing a purchase there, you accept these terms and the product terms shown at checkout. This site is intended for parents, coaches, and players 13 and older.

2. Services

BAP Consultants LLC provides baseball hitting coaching from Bradley Porras, based in Needville, Texas:

• Remote Player Development. Ongoing remote coaching: personalized hitting instruction, athletic development guidance, general nutrition education, and support through the recruiting process.
• Root Cause Swing Breakdown. A one-time swing analysis. You email swing video, Bradley returns a written breakdown identifying the root cause within 4 business days of receiving usable video. One swing, one breakdown, no ongoing coaching.
• In-Person Hitting Instruction. $300 USD every 4 weeks in Needville, Texas: an initial swing breakdown, in-person sessions on an every-other-week cadence, and the same written feedback and swing analysis between sessions. Session times are arranged directly with Bradley.

If submitted footage cannot be analyzed, Bradley will ask for a reshoot rather than issue a refund.

3. Billing and Cancellation

Remote Player Development is $225 USD charged every 4 weeks. In-Person Hitting Instruction is $300 USD charged every 4 weeks. A 4-week cycle bills every 28 days. That is 13 charges per year, not 12. Both renew automatically until you cancel.

The Root Cause Swing Breakdown is a one-time charge of $97 USD and does not recur.

Checkout and billing run on Trainerize. You can cancel Remote Player Development at any time yourself in your Trainerize account. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the cycle you already paid for, and you keep access through the end of that cycle. There is no pause option. If you are stepping away for the off-season or any other reason, cancel and re-subscribe when you are ready.

4. The Coaching Guarantee

If you cancel Remote Player Development because you do not feel you are getting better, tell Bradley when you cancel and he will keep working with you for 30 more days at no charge.

This is a commitment of continued coaching, not a refund. To use it, contact Bradley directly at the time you cancel. In-Person Hitting Instruction does not carry this guarantee.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. The coaching guarantee above is offered in place of a refund on Remote Player Development. Unusable breakdown footage gets a reshoot request, not a refund.

6. Players Under 18

Most of our players are minors. If the player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase, must submit the player's video, and remains responsible for the account. By purchasing for a minor, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Players 13 and older may take part in coaching communications with their parent's permission. For players under 13, all communication and video submission runs through the parent or guardian.

7. Swing Video You Send

You keep ownership of any video you submit. By submitting it, you give BAP Consultants LLC permission to view, annotate, store, and analyze it for the purpose of coaching you.

We will not publicly share your swing videos or images without a separate, signed media permission from a parent or guardian. Buying a product never grants that permission. If you have given it, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting Bradley; future use stops, though material already published may not be recoverable.

8. Results

Coaching improves how a player trains. It does not guarantee outcomes. Nothing here promises a specific level of performance, playing time, statistics, roster spot, scholarship, or recruiting result. Those depend on the player's effort, ability, health, and factors nobody controls. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a prediction of your result.

9. Physical Activity and Risk

Hitting instruction is physical activity and carries risk of injury. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Consult a physician before beginning, especially with an existing injury or condition. Stop if something hurts. Bradley is not a physician, athletic trainer, or physical therapist.

Some protections in this section may not apply to a minor's own injury claims under the law of your state. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Nutrition and Mental Performance

Nutrition guidance in our coaching is general education on fueling, hydration, and recovery for healthy athletes. It is not medical advice, individualized meal planning, clinical nutrition therapy, or a substitute for a physician or registered dietitian.

Mental performance work is coaching for athletic focus and confidence. It is not counseling, therapy, or psychological treatment. If you have a medical, dietary, or mental health condition, speak with a qualified professional.

11. Methodology and Materials

Drills, cues, written breakdowns, guides, and other materials we provide are the intellectual property of BAP Consultants LLC, licensed to you for personal use only. Do not redistribute, resell, publish, or use them to coach others commercially without written permission.

12. Communication

Keep your contact information current. Email delivery is not guaranteed by any third party. If something has not arrived, check spam and contact Bradley.

13. Disputes

If something goes wrong, tell Bradley first. Write to him through the contact options below and give us 60 days to work it out. Most problems get solved this way.

Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Any other claim will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and both sides consent to those courts, except where the law of your home state gives you rights that cannot be changed by contract.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAP Consultants LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything the law does not allow to be limited.

15. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes affecting recurring billing take effect at your next billing cycle after notice. The current version on this page always governs, dated at the top.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
