1. Who We Are and What This Covers

BAP Consultants LLC provides baseball hitting coaching from Bradley Porras, based in Needville, Texas. This policy covers bradleyporras.com and the coaching services we deliver. Purchases are completed on Trainerize, a third-party platform with its own privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect

Email signup. When you request our free hitting guide, we collect your email address, first name, and whether you are a player, parent, or coach, along with the page source and referrer. This is stored in a Google Sheet we control, together with signup time, subscription status, and delivery status for the emails we send you. A hidden anti-spam field is submitted with the form and immediately discarded, never stored.

Swing video. Video you email us for coaching is stored in our Google email account and used only for coaching purposes, as described in our Terms.

Coaching records. Session history, feedback exchanges, and progress notes from working together.

Payments. Checkout and billing are handled by Trainerize and its payment processor. We never receive or store your card numbers.

Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. If an email signup fails to reach Google, the submission (without any secrets) is recorded in our hosting provider's logs so your signup is not lost.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the hitting guide and coaching content you asked for
• Provide swing analysis, coaching feedback, and track progress
• Respond to your questions and manage your coaching relationship
• Keep the site and our records working and secure

When someone signs up as a coach, Bradley also receives a notification email containing that signup's name, email, source, and referrer.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with the service providers that run our operations: Google (email, storage, and signup processing), Vercel (website hosting, analytics, and logs), and Trainerize (checkout and client accounts). Each processes data to provide its service to us.

We will not publicly share your swing videos or images without a separate, signed media permission from a parent or guardian, as stated in our Terms.

5. Children and Minors

Most of our players are minors, and their parents run the relationship. This site and our email list are intended for parents, coaches, and players 13 and older. For players under 13, a parent or guardian should make any signup, purchase, and video submission on the player's behalf.

If we learn that we hold information collected directly from a child under 13 without a parent involved, we will delete it or move the relationship to the parent. Parents can review or request deletion of their child's information at any time using the contact below.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep coaching data for the duration of your active coaching relationship, and signup data until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. You may request deletion at any time. Copies may persist for a limited period in routine backups and email archives before clearing.

7. Security

We use reputable providers (Google, Vercel, Trainerize) with industry-standard security, and we limit access to coaching data to Bradley. Payment card processing is handled entirely by our checkout provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us
• Ask what information we hold about you or your player, request a correction, or request deletion
• Withdraw any media permission you have given; future use stops

Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us and we will honor requests as the law requires.
